What is Message Center?

All the messages you have received from other Tradevv visitors will be stored in your Message Center (Our web system will also send one Notification to your E-mail1 at the same time). In here, you can view, reply and delete messages similar to an email box. The messages you have sent will be saved to the ‘Sent Items’ folder, which will help you to keep track of all the messages you have sent. If you are our paid member, you can even download and save all the sent and received messages.

Note: Messages more than 90 days old will be deleted from this folder on a periodic basis.

How to examine the inquiry messages from visitors?

After log in and entering “My Tradevv”, click Message Center on the left side in the menu list, then click Inbox, you will see all your received messages there. Meanwhile, you can search inquiries by Subject, Sender and Sender's Country/Region.

How to examine the message you sent?

After log in and entering “My Tradevv”, click Message Center on the left side in the menu list, then click Inbox, you will see all your sent messages there. Meanwhile, you can search the messages you sent by Subject, Recipient and Recipient's Country/Region. Now you can send message with attachment (Pictures or Texts).

How to edit your Member Info? Can I change my Member ID?

After log in and entering My Tradevv, click Member Info on the left side in the menu list, then click Company Info, then click [Modify Company Info], you may enter and modify your company info; once you have finished, please click [Submit]. We will check your company information and edit your information to our database.

About changing Member ID, we won't provide such a kind of function in the user's interface. If you really want to apply a new account, please email us the related information for reference. Please don't register again.

How to edit the Contact Person Info?

After log in and entering My Tradevv, click Member Info on the left side in the menu list, then click Contact Person Info, you may enter and modify your contact person info:
To modify Major Contact Information, click Modify and enter, you can finish your modification successfully by clicking Submit.

To create and modify Sub-contact Person: Create new Sub-contact Person: Click Add New Contact Person on the right side, then you will finish it successfully by clicking OK. (Gold, Silver and Bronze Member can add 20, 10 and 6 Sub-contact Persons accordingly.) Modify Sub-contact Person: Click the name of the Sub-contact Person you want to modify, then you can go on to modify the contactor's name and his/her email. Delete Sub-contact Person: Mark the check box after the sub-contact person you want to delete by "√", then click Delete below. Modify the relationship between Sub-contact Persons and Products/Offers: You may enter and modify it by clicking Modify Group below.

How to change your Password and Password Question/Answer?

After log in and entering My Tradevv, click Member Info on the left side in the menu list, then click Change Password, you may enter and change your password; if you need to change your password question and answer, please click Change Password Question/Answer on the top right of the side.

How to Create a New Group?

You can use groups to organize products/offers in My Showroom. These groups are in the charge of different contact persons, while relevant inquiries will be sent to major contact person and sub-contact persons accordingly.

After log in and entering My Tradevv, click My Groups on the left side in the menu list, then click Create a New Group, then input product group name in Group Name and select the relevant contact person from Assign Contact Person (You have to add new contact person if needed. Just click Add New Contact Person.), you may finish it successfully by clicking Submit.

Notes: If the major contact person is A, while the sub-contact person of product group AA is B, later inquiries about products in AA will be sent directly to B's email and forwarded to A as well.
