Details: Dear Sir/Mam We are one of the largest ferrous foundries of India and do both gray iron and steel castings upto 35 tons in once piece since last 30 years. But we are new in the field of investment casting. So we really do not know what machines of what size we need. The only thing we know that we wish to cast automobile parts and related items of 1kgs to 50 kgs each to the extent of 100 tons per month in the first stage and 200 tons per month in the 2nd stage. If you are able us to suggest Capex and Opex for such plant size along with the list of equipment, we would be highly obliged. We are ready to put an equity to the tune of Rs 1-2 crores (USD 200000 to USD 400000 ). We would even open to have a partner from US/Europe/China in Joint Venture. We have already about 5 acres of extra land to start this venture. In India this segment is growing @ 30% every year and we can also target worldwide market where cost of raw material and manpower is higher. The cost investment, land (shed area), raw material consumptions and production, power consumption, furnaces, plant machinery details etc. This would make us understand how much we need to invest and when can we start this project.
