Guangzhou Viking Air Spring Co., Ltd. Is integrating the functions of technical research, product development, production and sale, focuses on the R & D of anti-vibration technology in different domains. With more than 50 years of experience in the development and production of air springs and rubber anti-vibration parts. It has successively developed 300 types of products including series f air springs for speed-increased trains, high speed trains, metro trains, LRVs, maglev trains, road passenger cars, commercial vehicles, driver’s cabs and anti-vibration test benches as well as rubber anti-vibration parts such as spherical joints, emergency stops and elastic support.

Anti-vibration Department uses advanced car dynamic emulation & calculation software and non-linear FEA software and owns more than 20 special testing facilities to complete different functions. Its powerful development team incorporates 25 development engineers including 2 PhDs and 7 Masters who are doing their best to provide optimal solutions for our customers. The advanced rubber production and testing facilities ensure the realization of design solutions. The 60 sets of production machines including German GK mixer, French REP injectors. MetalJacket metal parts treatment line, air spring molding and vulcanizing machines help to realize an annual productivity of 300,000 air springs systems and 400,000 rubber anti-vibration parts.
