2 The rinsing sector and water flow system all adopts stainless steel and rot-proof material and equipped with air-heating device.

3 Rinsing and drying station with air cushion is in favor of rinsing 3-12mm thick glass.

4 Washing brushes are made of nylon and hairs. The hair is heat-resistant in favor of the cleanness and surface protection for glass. 

5 The machine adopts omni-range auto frequency conversion speed regulation. PLC control system saves waiting time and enhances the production efficiency.

6 It adopts low-voltage electric elements, sensors. The machine is under PLC control.

7 It can process triple insulating glass units with high efficiency. 

8 The Pressing Robot adopts the unique linear guide rail which ensure the parallel pressing quality.

9 It is equipped with vacuum generator and sucker which make glass suction perfect 

10 The main spare parts of electric and pneumatic sectors adopt the famous brands home and abroad or the supplier with internationally recognized quality certification.

11 It identifies coated glass from Low-E glass automatically.

12 The tilting table adopts hydraulic system with safety and reliability.
