It operates during train intervals without blocking the zone, and work efficiency is higher, the operational trouble is less. It is adopted double cylinders for ascending and descending, no column for guiding direction and gas engine. Two machines as one group laid on the same traveling frame when working. As provided with portable off-track device, it can go off the track at any time.
