CD-2 Small Hydraulic Turnout Tamping Machine Description
CD-2 Small Hydraulic Turnout Tamping Machine is a special machine used to tamp ballast under the sleeper in turnout during railway maintaining. It can be used to tamp in different types and structured turnouts, and can be operated without taking-off protect rail in the section with protect wheel. It is of the structure of double ascending and descending cylinder, no guiding columns, double tamping pick, hydraulic landscape orientation moving, traveling frame of matching weight. It adopts gas engine or electromotor as power, with two machines as one group lay on the same traveling frame. One person handles one machine under the condition of sealing railway. It is single side off-track mode and will not invade the ‘structure gauge' when working.
