The line is special equipment making aluminum groove type insulating glass, It can perform main functions such as washing and drying of insulating glass, positioning of aluminum frames, automatic one on one by flat press, setting level and shifting out of insulating glass and so on in the process of making aluminum groove type insulating glass. This line is high in efficiency, low in energy consumption, compact in structure and easy to operate.

Main Feature:
The whole machine control by man-machine interface, to operate it and run P/L easily;
The sensor and machine’s state be shown on the man-machine interface. When meet troubles, it’s easy to check it;
The washing and water-box be made by stainless steel material Washing water system is circulating, the water-box has the heating water equipment、automatic-feeding water equipment and heater with temperature-controlled;
The hydraulic pressure driving system control transmission shaft, insuring press the glass by setting time and pressure;
