It is suitable for blowing the plastic film as high density polyethylene(HDPE), low density polyethylene(LDPE) and linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE), which is widely used for packing foodstuff, gaRment, textile, daily-use articles and industrial products etc. It can produce pearl film and degradation film via making up a prescription.

Characteristics:

1. The screw stem and cylinder are made of 38 CRMOALA high quality alloy steel and nitrogen treated, which has a merit of high hardness, strong resistance and duration

2. It adopts Programmed Control System, all the working parameters can be displayed on the control panel.

3. It adopts automatic temperature control system, the preset is available.

4. The cooling system adopts honeycomb type, and the air blowing even.

5. The rewinding adopts torque motor surface rewinding system.
