We are China BOSS E&T Consulting Co.,Ltd, our company re-organized with ELITE Industry&Commerce Inc and Northeast Equipment Group which are all located in Shenyang city northeast of China, we are in a position to design non-standard machine by buyers requirement, to manufacture machine and spare parts according to buyers drawings and to manufacture metal machine or component according to domestic or overseas standard.
We are manufacturing cast iron of 200,000 pieces, forging, flanges and cold-heading of 1,500,000 and hot-heading bolt, pin as well as axes and exportation.
The order for metal machine and spare parts we ask for is:
We are looking for mass production order of machine and spare parts which is more than USD1,000,000 for exportation, the suggestions are:
1) Drawings for which machine or spare parts you want to manufacture by us. The picture and numbers should be clearly, the contract from domestic should be Chinese version.
2) Standard for check and accept. For standard parts should be supplied domestic or overseas number, for non-standard parts should be supplied requirement for check and accept.
3) Purchase quantity. It could be marked on drawings or described on attachment; regular order must be signed and stamped seal by end buyer.
4) Payment terms. For domestic contract should be advanced payment more than 25%, long term order, For foreign contract should be issued L/C at 100 top bank, long term order the payment by each batch.
5) Delivery time. Definition of delivery time and batch as well as delivery port should be mentioned.
In addition, please let us know the time for signing contract and delivery place (at factory or at port on FOB price). For flange, pin and bolt, we are able to quote an acceptable price for you within 3 days, others will be quoted price within one week.
