  For diaphragm pump,the reciprocating plunger deflects the diaphragm through volumetric displacement of hydraulic fluid to realize the suction and discharge of fluid by means of suction and discharge valves.Diaphragm totally separates the metered fluid from the environment and the hydraulic liquid. Diaphragm rupture signaling prevents the pumped and hydraulic fluids intermixing in case of diaphragm rupture.Under all operation conditions,the rupture of diaphragm is reliably signaled and the pump driver may be shutdown. The pump returns to normal after replacing the ruptured diaphragm.

  Multiple metering pumpMetering pumps of same frame and parameters or of same frame and different parameters or of different frames and parameters can be combined to multiplex pumps,driven by a motor,used to deliver different fluids in proportion according to the requirements of process flow. The capacity can be infinitely adjusted by any method such as hand,electric,pneumatic,speed regulating or frequency converter.The metering accuracy is within more than 1%.

  Metered flow may be infinitely adjusted by stroke length over the range of 0-100% or pump speed contrlo,while standstill or running.Remote or automatic operation can be realized by means of electric or pneumatic control device. AC converter or seed regulating motor may obtain the adjustment of stroke length plus stroke frequency, or the low pump speed,meeting the demands for process flow.??
