1.General description
Model SD pump,a high-pressure double casing multistage centrfugal pump,features unique design,high reliability and applicability,offers many advantages over other type of centrifugal pumps in the field of being especially suitable for special duty which changes frequently,was designed specially for high-pressure descaling in steelworks,high pressure water injection for oilfeld and oil transferring,and boiler water feeding,etc.
Model SDS high-pressure descaling pump transfers soild-liquid state medium in which soild content is up to 8%.
Model SDZ high-pressure water injecting pump handles returned unclean injection water or corrosive liquid.
Model SDY crude oil transfer pump delivers crude oil containing water and sand.
Model SDG high-pressure boiler feed pump tranfers liquid with temperature up to 120℃.
SD pump went through long time operation in large-scale steelworks and offshore oil platform in our country as Anshan,Wuhan,Baoshan and Panzhihua steelworks,and China Offshore Oil Platfom.Mean failure free operation period has been up to 30000 hrs,having high reputation.
The rotating direction of pump is clockwise when viewed from the prime motor.
2.Structure Features
With symmetrical design of impeller parts,axial force of each stage of impeller is canceled each other.Tremendous thrust in pumping chamber can be self-balanced without balance plate or drum device.This makes a breakthrough at the stucture design bottleneck of conventional centrifugal pump for which the operation duty range is narrow and shaft breaking is difficult to avoid under large fluctuant duty.
The inner casing emerges a 180°symmetric double volute passage.If the duty point deviates from the design point,the radial forces produced in pumping chamber are canceled and self –balanced via the double volute passage,achieving smooth operation and extremely low vibration quailty .the design is suitable for the weak foundation and poor rigidity site,especially offshore oil platform.
The pump was designed with thrust bearing at the end, which can,when sudden change of system duty takes place,bear unexpected huge axial force to protect the pump from being damaged,showing mulitple reliability design concept.
The pump is firm and durable,and runs smoothly with low noise.
