KEVLAR FIBER BRAIDED PACKING

Kevlar fiber braided packing is made of Du Pont's Kevlar
yarn.Kevlar fiber braided packing is impregnated with PTFE dispersion and processed with lubricant. As the strength and module of Kevlar is as high as the steel-like strength.So kevlar fiber braided packing compared with other kinds of braided packing,kevlar fiber braided packing can resist more serve media and higher pressure. Kevlar fiber braided packing
can be installed separately or as end rings with other kinds of packing to combine different characteristics into packing set.Kevlar fiber braided packing is mainly used as substitite of asbestos in pump
systems. Property of Kevlar fiber braided packing is better than asbestors, and kevlar fiber braided packing covers all the services ranges which asbestos packing provided and more.Under very bad conditions where ordinary asbestos packing can not provided the satisfied effect. But kevlar fiber braided packing has long service. Kevlar fiber braided packing is usually applied to pulp factory, sand slurry,tin mine and feed water pump of power plant etc.

Novolid fibre with PTFE packing is made from kynol.Novolid fibre with PTFE packing is a new type of synthetic heat stable fiber.Each fiber of novolid fibre with PTFE packing is impregnated with PTFE dispersion.And Novolid fibre with PTFE packing is added with a special break-in lube.Novolid fibre with PTFE packing is suitable for moderate pump and valve services.But Novolid fibre with PTFE packing can not be used for sulphuric.Novolid fibre with PTFE packing can also not be used in nitric acids or strong bases.
