  Purpose—— This machine is used for drying with ebullition method for granule raw material which diameter between 0.1-6mm.It is widely used to dry rapidly the finished or semi-finished product in pharmacy, foodstuff, light industry, chemical industry. Principle of operation—— The natural air, after heating and purification, is drawn by suction fan into a container;The raw material go through the porous screen and form fluid material under the blending and negative pressure status.In a large areas contact between gas and solid, the moisture in the raw material (solid status) will evaporate rapidly and expel through the exhaust pipe, so fulfill the drying process for the raw material. Features—— 1.The raw material container is a cylinder and sealed with an O-ring, so it is easy to operate, as well as rapid and reliable. 2.The container equipped with a blender, the dried material has good fluidity, no end-corner, and dry quickly and evenly. 3.The top part equipped with a filter bag and a bag auto-shaking device to prevent the raw material from waste. 4.With rapid drying speed, the drying time of every batch of raw material is about 20-30 minutes. 5.Equipped with a butterfly end-cover, with less wind resistance and no end-corner.All processes are performed within tightly sealed environment, no cross contamination, and in conformity with GMP standard.

  Purpose: Model JHZ-C high-efficiency wet-process granulating machine (also called as wet-process compound granulating machine) is a special equipment used in wet-process compound granulation for medicine powder, amylum and adhesive in pharmacy industry to produce medicine pill, also used to compound and granulate the powder material in foodstuff industry and chemical industry. The contact part between equipment and raw material is made of high-grade stainless steel. This equipment is in conformity with GMP standard of pharmacy industry. Principle of operation: The stirring paddle and granule-cutter move in opposite direction, so make the raw material compound completely and granulation stabilized, the produced granule is tiny, even and regular spherical, the surface of pressed flake is smooth; Its hardness, degree of disintegration and release are all better. This machine works in a tightly sealed environment, so it has the features of high efficient, energy save, clean & safety, furthermore, the process is easy to understand and operation is simple. Features: 1. Main bucket: Apply tangency construction with cylinder and cone to help tumbling of raw material; The geometric angle of stirring paddle and granule-cutter are reasonably designed to enhance the effect of compound granulation. 2. The granule-cutter apply frequency conversion speed regulating technology, so can adjust its speed arbitrarily and meet the requirement of different granule. 6. Construction of bucket lid: Apply cylinder automatically interlock device, operated by touch screen, so it is easy to operate. 7.   Purpose—— The equipment is applicable for production of electuary, creams, suppository, paints, foodstuff, medicines and chemicals.
