  Square duct line 1 can be used by duct manufacturers, hardware factories metal furniture and electronic product producers and steel door and window factories for metal leveling and cutting. Laminator can be added under the requirement of the clients.  This line adopts the international popular welded structure and it consists of a material feeding frame, a leveler, a hydraulic shearer and a computer-based control system. The feeding frame features synchronization and internal bracing model.It can process coils with the inner diameters ranging from 480mm to 610mm. The CNC system with a closed-loop and servo-system guarantees processing precision. Optional hydraulic material rack and auto-stacking system. This line can cut metal sheets into various sizes. The max feeding speed of this line is 20m/min,the length tolerance is ±0.5mm and diagonal tolerance is 0.8mm.    

     ADL-Ⅴ Duct manufacture auto line   ADL-Ⅴ Duct manufacture auto line consists of a material feeding frame, a material transfer frame, a leveling and grooving machine, a notching and punching square device, a hydraulic shearer, a movable Pittsburgh lock machine, a duplex trans-verse flange manufacture machine, a turn table, a material sending servo manipulator, a TDF folder and a computer-based control system. The lineage structure covers less land and ensures high producing efficiency. The max feeding speed of this line is 15m/min. The length tolerance is ±0.5mm and diagonal tolerance is ±0.8mm.
