Air Compressor Accessories

  Most of time the pistons cover is??damaged by the transportation.if damaged must change new ones.Must keep no air release when open the pistons cover must check the gaskets is good or not,if gaskets is broken,must check new ones the pump always have inlet air piston cover and outlet air pistons cover.when you fiind pump air outlet piston cover is too hot,temperarure above 160 degree C,must stop machines and check the pump.

  Pistons is made of alumnium alloy,which materials and processing size decide the pump air delivery ,pump noise,and pump life 2000hours working,must open the head and check the oil leakage and pistong rings location.Must keep the three rings or 4 rings gaps in different direction.Can not make the gaps in one line.
