RS2 Hand Push Thermoplastic Road Marking Machine

Hand Push Thermoplastic Road Marking Machine is special-purpose equipment for road marking. It may be used for highway, road axis, lane line, community, airport and etc to mark all sorts of thermoplastic lines that are reflective such as straight line, dotted line, curve, oriented arrow, and letters.

Marking width: It is fit for such types as 100mm, 150mm and 200mm of marking bucket as well as 300mm, 400mm and 450mm types of marking bucket according to the requirements of traffic marking width. The zebra line marking is just need to assemble 400mm or 450mm marking bucket applied with the zebra dispenser.

Rear wheel locating pin: is the directing device located at rear wheel, can be easily and precisely adjusted to the direction to ensure the road marking machine freely operated in straight or twist.

Adiabatic Paint tank: The paint tank made of stainless steel or cold rolling oxidation resistant steel equips with erect type hand stirring device. The heating temperature can be freely controlled (0-260°) according to the different kinds of paint chosen by user.

Glass beads bin: Pin with window can check the quantity of glass micro-beads timely.

Glass beads dispenser: The automatic definite quantity dispenser synchronous with the paint screeding system, ensures the dispenser evener and more economical. The structure of the glass bead dispenser’ disposition is advanced, compact, ease of operation, and flexible, when the spreading width is 100, 150, or 200mm, it does not need to replace any part, the width may be regulated easily.

Chassis: The firm welding frame, whose surface has been electrostatic spraying and high temperature treatment equip with high quality imported bearing to ensure the whole machine more lightsome and convenient.

Marking bucket: The structure plate is made of imported special steel with fire resistance (2000), oxidation resistance and deformation resistance, which has better stability after being punched. The plinth is made of special alloy steel and applies the pneumatic screeding structure. The floor knife is made of original imported hard tungsten steel, and the marking bucket body adopts aluminum die-casting. The nice manufacture techniques of bucket ensure the ease of operation, moving steadily, good effect, even marking thickness, neat marking line, durability and firmness.
