Hand-push Cold Plastic Road Marking Machine is specialized airless spraying equipment for marking of highway, applicable to road axis of provincial, national and municipal highway and airport, parking lot and countryside road, roadway, lane line, stabling siding, dotted line, real line, curved line, arrow, letters, zebra crossing and meanwhile spraying of common paint and water or cold solvent paint for internal and external wall. The machine features flexible operation, clear and full marking, high adhesive force of paint and small size, being light in weight and a wide range of applications of marking and spraying.

Engine: Japanese Honda 5.5HP four-stroke air-cooled gasoline engine.

Principle: The machine adopts HONDA gasoline engine in which hydraulic cylinder drives plunger pump to make reciprocating movement to absorb paint causing high pressure with high flow rate and high efficiency.

Spray gun: The single new type manual spray gun owns hard side columnar reverse wastewater nozzle, which makes the site discharging very convenient and fast; the non-arc nozzle ensures the base line collimated. The lengthening pipe which can be used for normal spraying, such as spraying arrow-head, letter, pedestrian line and so on.
Chassis: The firm welding frame, whose surface has been electrostatic spraying and high temperature treatment or spraying paint tank with anti-corrosion treatment, equip with high quality bearing to ensure the whole machine more lightsome and convenient.

Wheel: The rubber wheel is of original technology, good quality, moderate hardness, good elasticity, high temperature resistance, wearproof, aging resistance and exclusive use. Equip with high quality bearing, which makes the whole machine more lightness.

Rear wheel locating pin: is the directing device located at rear wheel, can be easily and precisely adjusted to the direction to ensure the road marking machine freely operated in straight or twist.

Available paint: water based or cold solvent paint
Guide rod: Freely adjust up, down, left, right.

Paint tank: Special paint tank can improve the work efficiency. There is an intake sieve in the feeding port
