The bobbins load around stranding cage in four equal, the center axle doesn’t stand overload which results from weight of bobbins. So the equipment has good rigidity, good synchronism, high speed and small rotating momentum.

It adopts gearbox type 36-stage speed transmission, double drive and double traction device, wire distribution wheel distributes wires in nature, avoiding wire scuffing in due to stranding course.

It adopts first-class wire breakage stop device to control each bobbin directly. When wire breakage arises from any one of the bobbins, the main machine will stop automatically, assuring contact wire or add new wire. It is special to make power cable as well as high compress cross- link cable.
