Size: 75kg, 21x 7 15/16 x 7 1/2;

Industry: Rail Industry;

Material: Grade E Steel;

Application: Freight car coupler housing to AAR201 and 211 specs;

Process: Metal mould production, together with 42 testing gauges. Casting followed by grinding to meet strict dimensional tolerances. Grade E steel requiring quenching and tempering;

Testing: Material composition and mechanical properties ( including hardness, Charpy & hardenability tests), dimensional tests using gauges, integrity testing;

Machining: Threading;

Surface finish: Shot-blast & anti rust oil coating;

Packing: Standard packing in plywood boxes.
