1.        introduction of speed-regulating: (slow to fast) L-1, L-2, H-1, H-2 (NOTE: when it needs to change speed class, must power off the machine)

3.        roller extruding, left-right fix the knife (long knife), up-down fix the knife (circle knife), When working, the upper axis can be regulated to up or down optionally. When the upper axis need to rise ,the height in both side need to keep parallel.

4.        power on the motor, making the transmission drive the main shaft.

5.        when machining each type of cable,if the stress is too tight, it will ffect the life of parts.

6.        if it can not drive when the cable is in, checking whether the belt is loose, the pressure is too tight, or the knife is installed by the wrong direction.

7.        check the save fuel of the transmission in each quarter. Every shift should add the butter to the four teeth in transmission shaft.

8.        check the axletrees of up and down principal axis are damaged or not. If it is damaged, should overhaul.The axia is easy to fracture if using it continuously.

9.        the four lifting screws of transmission and motor shou be adjust usually, check them loose or not, if they are,should regulate the tight of chain and the V-Belt in time. When regulating, the transmission or motor should be keep parallel relatively, do not make it tilt.
