What is flexitank ?
☆ This flexitank, one way pillow type, is designed for the transportation of liquids in 20' steel containers. It is conceived as expendable packing for the transportation of not only food-type products in liquid form such as wine and fruit juice concentrates but also of industrial liquids in so far as the latter are not classified as hazardous.
☆ Flexitanks range in size from 10 000 to 24 000 liters (depending on product density), but can be manufactured to accommodate specific capacity requirements. They are designed to maximize utilisation of containers to achieve an optimum payload of 16 - 24 tons, depending on road weight restrictions.
☆ Flexitanks are made using a single-layered, custom formulated blended polyethylene, the ingredients of which are approved by the US Food & Drugs Administration (FDA) for the carriage of a wide range of liquid foodstuffs. Flexitanks offer you a dynamic, flexible, safe and cost effective solution for all your bulk liquid transport requirements.
