Brief Introduction of LAF Flexitank The flexitank has five layers. The four inner layers are made of Polyethylene(PE),while the outer layer is made of Polypropylene(PP) .There are five kinds of capacity: 16CBM, 18CBM, 20CBM, 22CBM, 24CBM .We will choose the right ones for you according to your product's density. Our company is the first one approved by Inspection and Quarantine Technical Center of Shandong Exit &Entry Inspection and Quarantine Bureau. Moreover, all of our products are pressure tested, so we could offer you high-quality products. All of our flexitanks are designed with a special design ----called sock, which can prevent the bulk liquid from spilling out of the bags. The special design is our own, no other brands have this design. The bulk liquid would not spill out because of our special design. We have covered product responsibility insurance with Aachen Munchener Insurance Company of German .If the leakage due to our products, the insurance company will claim for you .The insurance company guarantees Euro 500,000 compensation for each leakage accident . What is flexitank ? Flexitank is designed for the transportation of liquids in 20' steel containers. It is conceived as expendable packing for the transportation of not only food-type products in liquid form but also of industrial liquids . Flexitanks range in size from 10 000 to 24 000 liters (depending on product density), but can be manufactured to accommodate specific capacity requirements. They are designed to maximize utilisation of containers to achieve an optimum payload of 16 - 24 tons, depending on road weight restrictions. Flexitanks are made using a single-layered, custom formulated blended polyethylene, the ingredients of which are approved by the US Food & Drugs Administration (FDA) for the carriage of a wide range of liquid foodstuffs.
