Upon 6 months' improvement, we have successfully conquered the defect of SUPER200P in arc booster of cutting functioning. Now it can boost by HF and obtain the ablity to boost continuously, which enables it to cut 14MM thick steel plates when the current up to 50A. Generally, most of SUPER200P manufacturers have problems with its cutting function, so we think we are still very competitive in MMA/TIG. Now welding process is no longer a problem of us, we have done much research in super from other factories and we have successfully conquered the defect.

In the same way, in our research, we have encountered difficulties such as low high-frequency, hard arc-boosting, too high unloading,mosfet explosion, too much interference, etc. While we eliminated them one by one under our engineers' efforts. For example, before we can get rid of the problem of the explosion in mosfets which people think the hardest to conquer, we have done lots of researchs on Toshiba's and Fuji's mosfet and successfully figured out the root of the problem. Now we can say that Super-P is a mature product which can make customers' hope of buying one equals seven come true.
