Deep Well Pump Working Principle:The JDW pump comprises ejector unit and a centrifugal pump.The ejector unit in the fact is a Venturi system cinsisting of a tube and a nozzle,lowered in a 4" well and connected to the pump body by two pipes.
The total delivery produced by the centrifugal impeller is sent only partiy to the delivery outline.The remaining water is circulated an jet through the nozzle in Venturi system.With tremendous speed,this flow lead the water in the well and deliver toward to the ground.By the suction of the centrifugal pump,the water come in to the pump and gain a energy through the impeller,and once again,partly of the water returnto the Venturi system through smaller pipe and circling.The ejector unit can ben installed on the pump body works like JET pump.
These pumps are suitable for pumping clean water and chemically nonaggressive fluids.They are extremely reliable,economical and simple to use,finding many uses in domesticapplications and the automatic distribution of water from small and medium-sized surge tanks from a automatic booster systems to supply water.To ensure adequate counter-pressure,it is always to intall a foot valve with a filter on the suction opening.
These pumps should be installed in a covered area,prtected against the weather.
