        Jaw Crusher: Jaw Crusher is mainly used to crush kinds of mining stones primarily, and the largest compression resistance of the material to be crushed is 320MPa. The jaw crusher is widely used in mining, metall-urgical industry, building material, highway, railway, and chemical industry. Working Principle of Jaw Crusher: The motor transmits power through belt, drives the moving jaw do periodic motion to the fixed jaw surround the eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw increases when moving jaw moves up. So the moving jaw closes to the fixed jaw. The stuff will be crushed in this process. The angle of Jaw Crusher between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down, the moving jaw of Jaw Crusher moves away from fixed jaw by the pulling of rod and spring, the products after crushing will be discharged from the outlet of Jaw Crusher. Characteristics of Jaw Crusher: High ratio of crushing, homogeneous final grain size, simple structure, reliable working condition, easy maintenance, low operating cost.

        Impact Crusher: Impact Crusher is mainly used to crush many kinds of large, medium, small materials whose side length is less than 500mm, and compression resistance should not be more than 350Mpa. The impact crusher is widely used in hydroelectricity, highway, artificial stone and sand, building material, etc. Working Principle of Impact Crusher: When the impact crusher works, the motor drives the rotor rotate of the impact crusher with high speed, on the rotor where installed the hammers. When the materials get into the area which the hammers effect, under the impact function of the hammer at a high speed, the materials are thrown to the impact device above the rotor continuously. And then the materials are rebounded from the impact liner to the area where the hammers effects for being recrushed. The materials from large to small all to be crushed at the impact chamber repeatedly. The process won’t stop till the material are crushed to the required size and then discharged from outlet of the impact crusher. Characteristics of Impact Crusher: Special structure, connected without key, high chrome hammer, unique impact liner, deal with hard material, high efficiency and save energy, cubic shape of product, adjustable output size.

Operating principle of Hammer Crusher: The motor drives the rotor rotate of the hammer crusher at a high speed through the belt, and on the rotor there are series hammers. When the materials get into the working area of hammers, they are crushed by the rotating hammers of the hammer crusher with high rotation speed, the products which are crushed to meet the required size can be discharged by the outlet and become the final products, the large size products are brought back to the crushed area by the hammers of the hammer crusher for being recrushed until they reached the required size.

Sand Making Machine plays an important role in crushing minerals into pieces. PCL Vertical shaft impact crusher is widely used in all kinds of mineral, cement, corhart, bauxite chmotte, carborundum grain, glass raw material, machine made construction sand, stone stock and all kinds of metallurgy slag, especially carborundum, sintered bauxite, magnesite, and so on material with features of very hard and anticorrosion. And Sand Making Machine is more productive than other kind of crushers. Working Principle Of Sand Maker : Stone less than 50mm enters sand making machine though conveyor belt. Stone is crushed by hitting other stones. Material falls down to impellor cavity. Under great centrifugal force, it hits material that coming downwards. After hitting each other, they force a vortex between impellor and shell, and hit each other several times, finally smaller stone comes out, and goes to vibrating screen. Satisfactory material is transported to sand washing machine, however overlarge material will go back to sand maker to be recrushed. Output sizes can be made according to customers requirement. If input size is larger than the designed size, other crushing equipment will be necessary. Characteristics of Sand Maker: Simple structure and low operating cost; High efficiency and low consumption; Sand Making Machine has the function of fine crush and crude grinding; Slightly influenced by the moisture content of material, and the max moisture content is 8%; More suitable for crushing mid-hardness and high-hardness materials; Cubic shape of final products, high density of piling up and low iron pollution; More wearable and easy maintenance; Low working noise and light dust pollution.

        Ball Mill: The ball mill is a key equipment to grind the crushed materials, and the ball mill is widely used in powder-making production line including cement, silicate, new-type building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ore dressing of ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal, glass ceramics, etc, and the ball mill can grind various ores and other materials with dry type and wet type. There are two kinds of ball mill, grate type and overfall type due to different ways of discharging material. Working Principle: The ball mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear. The materials are transferred to the grinding chamber through the quill shaft uniformly. There are ladder liner and ripple liner and different specifications of steel balls in the chamber. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and impact and grind the materials. The ground materials are discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding process is finished.

The final products can be adjusted freely from 100 mesh to 425 mesh. Working Principle of Raymond Grinder: Firstly, raw material is crushed by jaw crusher to the size required, then elevated into a hopper from which the material is transported through the electro-magnetic vibrating feeder evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber for powder-processing. The rollers oscillate outward to press the ring because of the centrifugal force and the shovel scoops up the materials, send to the middle between the ring and rollers to accomplish the grinding.After grinding, the rough materials will be recycled by the air from the fan back into the grinding chamber for regrinding and the fine powders are blew into the cyclone and poured out through the output-powder pipe as the final products.
