This machine has adopted a PLC programmable controller and matched with English and Chinese display screen, thus it's easy to operate, convenient to adjust and super automatic. Material feeding setting adopts high accuracy stepper motor to drive, PLC to control and screw to fill. It can stop filling completely, accurate in measuring, more suitable for high speed packing machine.
Photoelectric tracking system and two-way compensate function are adopted to ensure the automatic correcting of the double face printing design on the packing bag. It can setup the pouch length directly at the tender side at the same time, and do step-less adjustment to the pouch length at the pouch length range.
Usage:
It is suitable to pack powder materials in the fields of pharmacy industry, food industry and chemical industry. Such as flour, coffee powder, lotus root starch, bean-milk powder, bone-strong powder, spirulina powder etc.
