        Our pulley type continuous wire drawing machine has the characteristics of simple structure, low cost, and easy operation, and it is suitable for drawing a variety of medium and thin fiber material, especially for mild steel wire, galvanized iron wire, steel head wire, stainless steel wire, rubber hose steel wire, spring steel wire, rod welding wire and copper wire aluminum rod, etc. Scope of application: gas-protection welding wire, welding electrode, stainless steel wire, galvanized iron wire, bullet and hard wire, copper wire, and metal product wire, etc.

        Our wire-rewinding machine is an adjustable uniform rate, constant tension takingup system, which realizes rewinding effect by uniform moment wire-rewinding assembly. Its main purpose is for annealing and winding of stainless steel wire, copper wire and other metal wires, and the uniform moment wire-rewinding assembly may used in combination or in single.

        Our crimped wire mesh machine may complete a series of working procedures from mesh rolling to weaving automatically. Weaving width of 0.9-2.5m, wire diameter of 0.4-8.0mm, mesh opening 1mm×1mm-80mm×80mm, weaving speed may reach 53 shuttles per minute, which has the characteristics of working & time-saving, high speed, and one shot forming. Mesh products from this equipment go through working procedures of rolling-weaving to clip two bends on the corresponding position with tight structure, which are widely applied in coal, metallurgy, construction, storage, aquiculture and poultry, and chemical industry, etc.

        Our semi-automatic rhomboid machine is easy for technical operation. It uses manual wire snipping and lock seaming to produce flattening mesh panel with credible performance of complete machine and little failure, which is suitable for small enterprises.         Flattening machine is a dedicated supporting machinery of expanded metal punching machine. Expanded metal is Would have the characteristics of nice appearance, flattening smoothing, and high added values upon braking-in by the flattening machine. Currently, there are 3 specifications, the available thickness of expanded mental≤2.5mm, width size: 0.5～2.0m.

        Our expanded metal machine has attained advanced technowledge , scientific maturity, and pratical usage that may expanded metal, aluminum expanded metal, but also titanium plate metal, copper plate metal, aluminum foil metal and expanded metal of other material, including all kinds of ordinary rhomboid fences with the thickness inferior to 8mm, which are widely used for machinery, electric appliance, electronics, hardware, and safeguarding fields of wide application.

        Our headstand wire drawing machine is a great disc heavy work production line with double efficiency of wire drawing and wire takingup, which is adequate for drawing high, intermediate and low carbon filament, as well as non ferrous metal and alloy wire, especially for standard unit industry and commercial equipment industry. Its maximum feeding is about φ32mm, and my subject to customer requirement. Those under φ10mm may be drawn twice by double block.

        Our concrete-bar straightening cutting machine is adequate for straightening cutting coil rod or cold drawn steel bar at construction site.

        Our welded wire mesh machine may produce multiple materials of welded wire mesh of φ0.74-φ2.0mm low carbon steel wire and stainless steel wire.         Our fiberglass gauze machine is adequate for weaving square hole and rectangular hole net fabric of cotton and chemical fiber. ASGT211 has multiple arms and openings, six color-choices, wire delivered outside of machine and oiled integrated. Customers may self-determine failure location of broken radial, broken filling and pick storer indicating by KJ lights. Also, the machine adopts light-weight high-strength carbon fiber composite material and aluminum alloys material for simple and credible structure.
