Anti-Reflection Coated Solar Glass

AR nano coating solar glass makes your pv modules much more effective than normal ones

SPECS:

1. Material
--low iron glass

2. Surface
--smooth on both sides
--smooth on one side and micro-structured on the other side
--both sides are micro-structured

3. Thickness & Size
--non-tempered:
   thickness of 3mm, 3.2mm and 4mm is available
   maximum size up to 3210mm*6000mm
--tempered:
   thickness of 3mm, 3.2mm and 4mm is available
   size from 400mm*400mm to 1100mm*3500mm

4. Processing
--edge grinding: C-edge with cut corners
--coating: CVD process & nano coating on sunny side of glass

FEATURES:

a. Cover and protect the PV module from outer damage, be resistance to tough environmental conditions for 25 years.

b. Low iron glass with a light transmittance of 91.5% comparing with normal glass of 80%.

c. CVD processing coat highly reduces the sun light reflection, and improve the glass sun light transmittance to 95%

d. The nano-coating provides self-cleaning function.

e. Enhance the performance of PV module, increasing the output of heat energy by 8%~9%.

* Nano coating has been Chinese National Invention Patent ("200610037956.4") and independently confirmed by institute for solartechnik in EU.
