The three-layer co-extrusion lines are designed by our corporation according to the market requirements. The difference kind of raw material compounding in a formula, extruding by the tri-layer co-extrusion．The die head of the machine is lauer type spiral mandrel, and die head is non-stop 360 continuously rotation. High-Speed screen net-changer device is convenient operation, safe and reliable. Various functional parts can be installed on the machine, such as length meter counter, slitting knife and flat cutting knife, feeding stone water cooling, banana roller, film spreading roller and scrap collecting device.
This kind line adopts horizontal extrusion up blowing mode, it can continuously blow folding width of the film from 800mm to 1500mm at the thickness of 0.08mm even much thicker from different raw material such as LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, MLLDPE, etc.
