This is machine has a reasonable structure with easy operation and complete fuctions. The finished panel product is made through material feeding,press shaping,gluing,heating,edge trimming,slotting and cutting.
To reach a precise metering, this machine applies a precise low speed metering pimp with variable frequency speed adjusting(or stepless speed adjusting)and computer controlling.
This machine can laminate various type of flat or corrugated panel and produce sandwich panel of 950mm-1200mm wide and 40mm-300mm thick or of 950mm-980mm wide and 40mm-300mm thick.
This machine is applicable for producing color steel panel, aluminum panel or stainless steel panel and some other laminated external material with internal material of flame—retardant EPS or rockwool.
