  Major Construction Features:The machine is a combination of Extruder, Vertical Three-roller Calender, Haul-off Unit, Cutting Unit, Rewinder and Electrical Control Cabinet and ect. The barrel, screw, screen changer and die head are made of high quality alloyed steel (38CrMoAIA) with high hardness, treatment. The die head is adopted hanger-type branch pipe decreasing-style construction, so the flow passage is convenient for solution to flow without stagnation, and the thickness of products will be smooth and even. The felt wrapped circulation and cooling inside roll and bring a prefect effect. The temperature of die head, mesh changer and the drum separately controlled. All drive system runs synchronously. Application Area:It is used for producing various monolayer and multilayer plastic board of PP/PS/HIPS/PE with thickness of 0.1mm to 5mm and width of up to 2500mm, which can be widely used for producing different kind of plastic container, stationery sheet and ect.

  Major Construction Features:EPS foam sheet unit adopts the up-to-date gondi double-stage high foam technology. It is made up of primary screw, secondary screw, butane pump, extruding mould head, molding device, traction machine and take-in machine. This unit uses the general polystyrene as raw material. In the extruding process, vesicant is injected at high pressure. After the extrusion, foaming, cooling, molding and traction, it is collected as finished product. After being molded in the vacuum condition, it can be made into various packaging vessels, such as single-use fast food box, aquatic product dish, supermarket dish, cake dish, KT sheet and instant noodles bowl etc. This machine uses a high speed automatic screen changing device, which features advanced structure, stable performance, easy operation, high automation and screen change without shutdown. ?
