Photoluminescent Products

  After special surface treatment, the photoluminescent pigment can be incorporated into paints as a kind of color additive to produce diverse types of photoluminescent paint, with the advantage of prompt and convenient application. For example: Water-based paint, sand-textured paint, road marking paints, floor paint and metal paint. Photoluminescent water-based acrylic paint is a novel environmentally friendly paint developed by our company. Adopting water as the medium, with the advantages of non-toxicity, hard-flammability, good adhesion, good weather-resistance, outstanding luminous effect, it can be used on the surface of such materials as cement, wood, metal and plastic etc.

  Glowstone is a synthetic aggregate, based on Photoluminescent pigment and synthetic resin. When exposed to light sources, the photoluminescent pigment within Glowstone becomes chemically excited and will afterglow (I. E. Glow in the dark), initially very strongly, then reducing slowly overnight. The glow is best seen in a dark area, where ambient light sources such as streetlights and moonlight are absent.

  The photoluminescent masterbatch consists of high-performance photoluminescent pig-ments of large grain size, plus PP resin and different additives. This masterbatch can be added to a variety of different materials, like PE, PP, ABS, PVC, EVA and PC. It is therefore excellently suited for the manufacture of photoluminescent plastic products.

  We offer a range of UV Fluorescent Pigments for security, identification, coding and anti-counterfeiting applications. These pigments are neutral in colour, with a white to off-white powder appearance, and are not noticeable when incorporated into security inks, fibres and papers. When irradiated with UV light, these pigments emit fluorescent radiation of yellow, green, orange, red, blue and violet colours and so are immediately identifiable.   Our Photoluminescent pigments are a new type of long persistence phosphorescent pigment of alkaline earth aluminate activated by rare earth ions. The main characteristic of this material is the particular structure of its crystal with the strong capacity of absorbing-storing-emitting light. After absorbing varieties of visible lights (suitable for common light in room), it can glow for more than twelve hours in the dark. The brightness and length of persistence time are more tens times than those of the conventional phosphor of zinc sulfide. The material itself has nontoxic and harmless and free from any radioactive additives. It has good stability and weatherability. Excitation and emission can be repeated indefinitely.
