    YEJ Series electromagnetic-brake motors are improved products on the base of YEJ series.The technical proper-ties of its motor conform to there quirements of Y2 series.The performances of the brake assembly are improved.    YEJ can make action promptly whe the power of electric motor is off Quick break time doesn't exceed 0.15 seconfd for rame sizes 63MM up to 900MM and not exceed 0.2 second for changing the connection in the terminal box as per customers request.This series have low noise and the braking performance is reliable.The working principle;the electromagnetic-brake motors acquire 198V direct current rectified from 220V AC when the porer is on.At the sane tine.     The armature is attracted by electromagnet.This makes brake disc ratable and enables motor to tun freely.When the power is off the electromagnet loses electro-magnetic force,The armature is pushed by the spring and sticks to end shield of the motor immediately,the rotation is stopped therefore.     This series are widely used in machine tools,packaging machinery,woodworker machinery,food processing machinery,chemical engineering machinery,textile machinery,construction machinery,gear reducer and soon.

Capacitors start and run type for Motors 4HP and above, it have following features: high starting torque, smooth running, low temperature rise, low noise and greater overload performance.          YCL series single-phase heavy-duty capacitor start asynchronous motor is suitable for driving small lathe and water pump, especially good for families and workshops where only single-phase power is available. This series motors are designed with advanced technique and made of fine materials. The YCL series motor is produced in conformity with IEC standards.          The YCL series motor is similar to YC series in appearance, Compared with YC series motor of same output the thermal rise and reduced by 8.47K and 1.81A respectively, in the average, the efficiency go up by 4.21 per cent, max-torque increase by 0.064,min torque by 0.408,starting torque by 0.348 and power factor by 0.16.

  JY Series Single-phase capacitor start motor. These motors are suitable for the situation that require the higher starting torque and the limited starting current. The motors can be used on driving all kinds of small machine that need full load starting. The motors of this series are totally enclosed and fan cooled, possess No.09, No.1 and No.2 three frame size and with the starting capacitor on the top of the motor.

High starting torque and easy maintenance etc. There are three kinds of instaIlation construction for motor: B3 Frame with foot, end shieId without flange: B35 Frame with foot, end shield with flange: B5 Frame without foot, end shield with flange. Frame 63 to frame 132 can be made in Aluminium housing.
