Usage:
The machine is composed of bottle washer, filler and capper. Adopts programmable PLC control. Using plastic bottles as packing containers. It can produce carbonated beverage, the device has the following characteristics:
1. All parts touch with the material adopt high quality stainless steel. Through the polishing treatment the surface become easy to clean. Sealed material is rubber or EPDM material
2. Using programmable controller as the central control, using pressure transmitter, electromagnetic chaos pneumatic servo measurement level to maintain the balance of filling pressures in order to ensure the stability of the liquid surface.
3. Designed new filling valve for plastic bottle, return-air and filling tank liquid are separation to ensure the cleaning of filling materials
4. Adopts advanced magnetic clutch-type screw cover head, torque is adjustable. Screwing cap is safe and reliable
