Inflated Extruded Snacks and Center filled snacks are very popular snacks items made from corn flour, wheat flour etc. and available in variety of shape and size. Centre Filled snacks are extruded snacks with centre core-filling. A variety of flour can be used for making inflated extruded snacks. The moistened flour is fed to the extruder and the extruded meal coming out of the extruder get cut and shaped as per the final shape of the snacks. The shaped pellets go to the dryer to reduce the moisture content. Flavor and seasoning is sprayed on the dried snacks by the flavoring system and then packing is done with suitable packing machine.;
