This Series is including the Metal badge and PVC badge. The process of Metal badge can be printing; photo etching; stamping;etc. Stainless Iron; Brass; Zinc Alloy can be material of the badges. Our factory accepts the new design from customer.

This process is lower cost (not so labor intensive) and faster lead time. This process is ideal for promotions with bigger quantity yet less budget and expect faster lead time. Also for those who demand there should be no matallic lines between each color is the only choice.

Very similar to Cloisonne; 3. Softer but more smooth and glossy on coloration; 4. Pantone color chart available; 5. Electroplating is required; 6. Standard thickness is 1.4mm.

  Imitation Cloisonne (Imitation Hard Enamel):  Material Available: Copper, Brass, Iron, Zinc Alloy. Additional Option: Screen printing.  Advantages / Features:  1. Die struck;  2. Very similar to Cloisonne; 3. Softer but more smooth and glossy on coloration; 4. Pantone color chart available; 5. Electroplating is required; 6. Standard thickness is 1.4mm.

  Metal Badge: copper stamping with Cloisonne; Electro plating: gold. Cloisonne (Hard Enamel) was developed by Chinese thousand years ago, and its coloring won't fade away. It's as hard and glossy as Ceramic. The coloration confines to 156 specific Cloisonne colors, not as many as Pantone color chart. Additional Screen printing might be applied upon any demands beyond the 156 fixed colors. Cloisonne is ideal for collection or premium souvenirs, hence the cost is higher relatively. Only Copper is available for Cloisonne due to the features of captioned metal.
