It is also one of the CAD exemplary enterprises of China and a high-tech enterprise in Sichuan province. The company has a valve research institute and a valve-testing center that can be used to make general performance experiments as well as anti-fire, torque, antistatic, working life tests etc. Zigong High Pressure Valve Co., Ltd. manufactures ball valves, gate valves, globe valves and check valves according to API SPEC 6D、API SPEC600 and China national standards of valves. In 1985, the company introduced the “Special manufacturing Technology of Pipeline Valves” from Kitamura Valves Manufacturing Co. of Japan and obtained the manufacturing & sales license. Then it has become the one and only enterprise that is able to manufacture large-sized ball valves for long-distance transportation pipelines and special industrial ball valves on large scale. In 2001, the company cooperated with (GE) Nuovo Pignone. S.p.A and imported its advanced valves manufacturing technology to produce welded ball valves and buried underground (with stem extension) ball valves. These valves can meet the requirements of long-distance transportation pipeline (Gas or Oil) projects. Today Zigong High Pressure valve Co., Ltd. is capable of making DN1000~1400 Pipeline valves.
