  Executing European model design and precise manufacturing, Hydraulic system is Pressure-flow double proportional control, stepless adjustment for pressure and speed with best stability. Machine is controlled by Computer with English-Chinese language. Two transducers control the clamping and injection to ensure the precision. Specially for PET injection molding machine, big ratio of L/D, bid motor torque, bid space of tie bars, big opening stroke. On our machines, one mechanical safety interlock and double electrical safety interlock are installed to assure the safety. Meanwhile electrical components and wiring must meet the CE standard. Moulds are designed by our skilled mould engineer by using CAD/ProE/MasterCan software, moulds are manufactured in our CNC machine center, by using top-quality steel form Switzerland and applying hot runner and self-lock device. Mould core and cavity are the mirror steel with very shine polishing and long service life.

  Our stretch blow moulding machine is suitable for producing PET, PC, PP and PE plastic containers and bottles in all shapes. It is widely used to produce carbonated drink bottles, mineral water bottles, pesticide bottles, oil bottles, cosmetics, wide-mouth bottles and hot fill bottles, etc. Feeding system carries the pre-forms by robot automatically. Infrared oven heater uses Quartz lamps to heat the PET tube. Fully automatic process with low investment, high efficiency, quick and safe operation, easy for trouble-shooting, maintenance and other benefits.
