Electrical system adopts the programmable controller bus (PLC) to control the production of blocks automatically. It comes close to selfalign switch-off and displays the power turn-on and turn-off automatically. The system installs a data device out of machine from which we can easily make and alter the time of feeding and distributing, and the numbers of vibration in accordance with materials texture. The block machine can achieve manually operation and automatically operation respectively, interlocking all parts, preventing malfunction and moving safely and reliably.

Multi-purpose, it can produce blocks of load-bearing and the blocks of non-load-bearing. By the change of the mold, it can produce many blocks of internal wall, blocks of external wall, blocks of dikedam , pavements and roadside stone.
