Triterpenoid saponin concrete air entraining agent is a good air entraining agent,with great developing prospect, it can improve surface tension, produce enclosed and independent foams in large foaming times, and the steady time of foam are very long, thus it can improve durability of concrete greatly. Triterpenoid saponin concrete air entraining agent is only approved by the book of "application guide of highway engineering cement concrete additive and addition".
1.Materials and production method:DC--TR air entraining agent rae made from the fruits of wild plant in extraction,grafting, structure optimizing and synthetic methods.
2.Properties and ingredients: There are two types, power and liquid products, DC--TR air entraining agent is one kind of non-ion surfactant, which is natural triterpenoid saponin. Triterpenoid saponin can be dissolved in water easily and has good chemical stability in acid, alkali and hard water.
Features
1. Low dosage can produce large quantity and quality foams. The dosage of DC--TR triterpenoid saponin concrete air entraining agent 0.4~1.5/10,000 cement. It this dosage, it can produce 1 billion of foams , which are discontinuous enclosed balls, the size is 0.02~0.2 mm. The balls have even size and good stability. When air ≥5%, spread ratio L<100µm, air=6% , spread ratio L is 80µm.

Application range
1. It can be used in concrete projects with high durability requirements(especially for antifreezing capacity), including water power engineering, harbor engineering, highway and bridge, etc.

4. It has good solubility, thus it can be used as key ingredient of pumping agent
