        This diaper husk, comprised of polypropylene (20-30 melt) and cellulose, is made from shredded and torn diapers. The material can be run through an osprey to reclaim the diaper fluff and SAP or used as a filler in large profile extrusions, e.g. picnic tables and parking blocks. A 40-foot container will hold approximately 30,000 pounds of this material. The FOB point for this product is Macon, Georgia USA.

        This airlaid polyester nonwoven is made as an acquisition layer for diapers. It has an average 60 gsm and contains up to 15% latex. This material is mostly in roll form, but some has been baled. We can also convert the rolled material into bales, if preferred. Approximately 90% of the product is white - the remainder being light green or blue. On average, the rolls are 84 mm wide and 114 cm in diameter. If the material is baled, the weight on a 40 foot container would be approximately 35,000 pounds. Appropriate uses for this material would include: torn for shoddy, torn for stuffing, torn for the textile industry, and certain rope applications.
