          Rockwool (Mineral Wool) blanket/ mat/ felt a. It is the normal type, suitable for big diameter pipelines, flat and irregular surfaces, building walls with good thermal insulation and acoustic absorption effects.The blanket with glass cloth, aluminium foil or wire mesh on facing is available. b. Blanket with aluminium foil facingThe product is designed for circular ducts, small equipment and air-conditioning system pipelines, with properties of good water-resistance, dust-proof, and perfect thermal insulation. c. Blanket with wire meshThe product is used under conditions of strong vibration and high temperature, also recommended for thermal insulation of boilers, vessels, flanges/ valves and big diameter or large irregular pipelines. d. Blanket with glass cloth FacingThe product is developed for large span equipment and building walls with good dust-proof performance.      

          Rockwool ( Mineral Wool) Pipe Cover / Sections The pipe covers are suitable for thermal insulation of piping works operating at service temperature 350C, and used in air-conditioning systems, flange and central-heating. Also be ideal for enhancing sound absorption of pipelines in conditions where liquids, air or solid particles are transported through the pipelines at high velocities. Each section has a kerf for easy installation. Availability: Inside Diameter: 18 ~ 850mm; Thickness: 25 ~ 300mm; Length: 1000mmDensity: 100 ~ 150kg/m3 Pipe covers are no-combustible, and high water-repellent performance, non-hygroscopic.Rockwool is neutral (PH 7) or slightly alkaline.           Rockwool (Mineral Wool) board/ slab/ block a. High Strength - Compression Resistant Mineral wool Slab.The high strength mineral wool slab, applies to the exterior of buildings for thermal insulation, like roof, external wall etc.. due to its property of compression resistance, it is suitable for steel sandwich panels fabrication as well, and other industries where both insulation and mechanical strength are required.There are various grades available, 30kpa, 40kpa, 50kpa, 60kpa etc.Properties: comply with ASTM C 612 / JIS A 9504. b. Rigid boardThe product is suitable for large vessels, tanks, ovens and ducts for its good load-bearing property.Board with wire mesh, kraft paper or aluminium foil facing is available.They are water repellent and non-hygroscopic.The wool is neutral or slightly alkaline, and normally not support the growth of molds, fungi and bacteria. c.           650 D.C. Calcium Silicate (calsil) Products (non-asbestos)   The 650 D.C. calcium silicate products are suitable for thermal insulation of piping and equipment in power station, steel mill and petrochemical industries as well as other various fields. It can also be specified to use in furnace as backing material of refractory bricks.           Foam Glass (Cellular glass) In special cellular structure, it is one of the best material to be used for low temperature heat insulation, with properties of light weight, low thermal conductivity, non-moisture absorbing, nonflammable, resistance to all chemical corrosive materials with exception of hydrogen fluoride, can be used in harsh conditions of extremely low temperature, underground, open-air, inflammatory, moist and corrosive. It is also an excellent material for fire and vibration proof. Typical application include petrochemical industry, cold storage, underground engineering, ship-building and defence works as permanent heat insulation and cold preservation material. Density available: 120 kg/m3, 130 kg/m3, 140 kg/m3 and 160 kg/m3.      

          Non-asbestos Perlite Board and Pipe Insulation Expanded perlite has unique internal structure, which consists of numerous tiny closed air cells, with exterior irregular surface, thereby features good thermal and acoustic insulation properties.
