We are the professional lamination factory on the largest scale of area of Guangdong, which was established in 2003 and under Tong Liong system of the biggest textile enterprise – Nam Liong Group of Taiwan. In spite of bonding complex textiles by foaming materials and textiles generally, our specialist is “Hi-Tech Lamination” to provide “Waterproof and Breathable” Textile materials.
“Waterproof and Breathable” Textile materials were made by TPU (Hydrophilic) membrane or PTFE (Microporous) membrane and various fabrics (Woven fabric / Knitting fabric / Non-Woven fabric) to fit different range required for “waterproof and breathable”, which could be laminated as 2 layers or more than 3 layers.
Generally to be applied for Outdoor Garment (Dust coat, Raincoat, Snow-wear, Mountaineering clothing, Jacket, Sailing wear, Fishing wear, Aerobic dancing wear… etc) and Shoes, Bag, Gloves, Hat, Sports equipment and medical care materials which requested special functions in Waterproof, Windproof, Vapor Permeability and keep-warmth.
We specially promote “Non-solvent Glue” for global market and feedback good response from Europe and American. Generally our “Waterproof and Breathable” Textile materials were produced based by “Environmental-protection” concept and normally made by “Low Toxicity” and “Green Keeping” raw materials!
