Silver mirror

Features of silver mirror.

Oruii silver mirror is produced by high-quality clear float glass (France Saint-Gobain glass) as sheet and through washing, polishing, activation, silver-coating, copper-coating, then finished with two waterproof layers of paint for protection.

It adopts the chemical plating method, i.e. silver coating that using reducer react with AgNO3, and getting a thin layer of silver as the reflective material on the clean glass surface, copper coating, and then first time paint coating, drying, and then the second time protective paint coating.

Thickness:1.5mm,1.8mm,2mm,3mm,4mm,5mm,6mm,8mm.

Maximum dimensions: 96"x144" (2,440mmx3,660mm).

Regular size: 1220x1830mm,1600x2550mm,1830x2440mm,2134x3050mm,2250x3210mm, etc.

Size tolerance: +/- 0.2mm.

Further processing: mirror edge can be made into round edge(C-edge), flat edge(V-edge), beveled edge, fluted edge, polished edge, etc. Various cut sizes are available according to customers’ requirements.

Mirror color: bronze, blue, black, golden, green, grey, pink, etc.

Packing: seaworthy wooden crate and with paper interleaved between mirror sheet.

Oruii silver mirror with fidelity image and high reflectivity, reflecting rate is about 93%.

It’s widely used as a raw material in furniture mirror, cheval mirror, bathroom mirror, framed mirror, wall mirror, dressing mirror, slide door mirror, makeup mirror, optical mirror and rearview mirror of automobile, etc.
