The PBG range is a shield circulator pumps.The pump casting is of a self purging design although excess air can be vented through the vent screw on the end of the pump.
Motor overload protection is not required as the pump is of non-overloading operational design.
The PBG range is suitable for heating circulation as well as wate/glycol mixtures up to a ration of 1:1,these pump are extremely reusable,and are quiet and economical to run.
Permissible temperature range:0℃....+100℃
Maximum permissible ambient temperature:+40℃
Glycol mixtures require a re-assessment of pump hydraulic data in line with the increased viscosity and depending on mixing ration.

Minimum input pressure at the air intake:
at temperatures+50℃??????????????? 0.05bar
at temperatures+95℃??????????????? 0.3bar
at temperatures+110℃?????????????? 1.0bar
These values are valid up to 300m above sea levels
For higher elevations add:0.01bar/100m
The minimum inlet pressure must be maintained in order to avoid cavition noise.
Rated pressure is working between-10%to+10%,it won't work if in low voltage.Only approved makes of additives with corrosion inhibitors must be used in strict compliance with manufactures' instruction.
