Characteristics:
These machines have many features such as: water spraying, ultrasonic washing, alternating water and compressed air flushing, drying, sterilizing, cooling, filling,
gas flushing, sealing etc. It adopts photoelectric technology, PLC and color
touch LCD screen for the control system. With such high degree automation, fewer
operators needed to use this machine.
In order to meet the GMP requirements, laminar air flow above the filling and sealing
machine is included.
This line is highly flexible, can be used for 1 to 5 ml ampoules, with few parts
needed to be replaced.
This line is the highest output ampoule compact line in the world at present.
This line consists of three single machines:
1. Vertical Ultrasonic ampoule machine, type: QCL100
2. Sterilizing and Drying Tunnel, type: KSZ620/60(A)
3. Ampoule filling and sealing machine, type: AGF10/1-5
Each machine can function independently, or can be jointed respectively which carried
out as a compact line. The advanced type of this line can be used for vials filling and plugging
