Non-PVC multi-chamber film soft Bag I.V. production line in the world
with independent intellectual property by way of overseas sophisticated
technology, many years' hard work. The whole line consists of feeding
film, printing, the first making-bag, the second making-bag, sending
orifice, cutting orifice, welding orifice, feeding bag, filling many
times, sealing many times etc, which can automatically complete feeding
film, printing, making bag, feeding bag, filling, sealing exhausting,
bag-outputting etc. It has wide use and can used for double-chamber
bag, triple-chamber bag as well as double-orifice single-chamber.
Performance and feature:
1) Applying advanced technology, reasonable construction, stable, reliable performance
2) Fully automatic, intellectualized control, controlling components and actuator all choose famous international brand.
3) Making-bag and filling-sealing perform simultaneously, decreasing the second possible pollution in the intermediate course, which conforms to GMP requirement. It has color-belt printing system. Trade mark, product instruction, lot number, production date can be printed simultaneously.
4) Adopting advanced filling method, accurate metering, no particles caused by mechanical friction, no bag no filling. The filling amount of each filling head can be inputted or changed by way of man-machine interface, adjusting metering is extremely convenient.
5) The filling system can realize CIP and SIP.
6) Air form bag can be exhausted before the bag is sealed.
7) Adopting insert adapter method to seal, tight sealing and no pollution.
8) Wide use, it can produce different kinds of soft bag I.V product with multi-chamber bag, triple-chamber bag, and single-chamber bag with double-tube.
9) Adopting patent technology of no waste-edge mould. Bag with the same size can decrease 3.7%mould amount and productive cost effectively.
