We are the only approved US mfg of composite FRP tankers. We have a major US manufacturing partner but are looking to expand our manufacturing capacity. We are the leading experts in thermosetting resin technology and specifically corrosion resistance. We have strong relationships with all our manufacturing partners including AOC resins and our glass reinforcement suppliers. Our product is mostly filament wound but is more complex than standard pipe in some ways. However, if your company background is in filament winding we have the equipment and manufacturing process that can be transferred. We are looking for a long term manufacturing partnership that can grow to eventually produce up to 600 units per year or more. We are in partnership with a Venture Capital group that has the view that FRP tankers will continue to replace the current stainless steel tankers as we - PCS - continue to develop new models. We currently have one model that has been in production since 2001. Recently we developed a specialized oil field service model that we are manufacturing for Haliburton, Schlumberger, and other major oil service companies. Within the next 6 months we have 2 new models ready for production that represent very large market volumes......why we are looking for an FRP manufacturing partner.
