Weaving width :  1260mm  (1680mm ,1300mm , 1760mm , 2300mm)

Repeats       :  6 repeats for taffeta  ( 1 repeat = 20 cm )

               12 repeats for satin   (1 repeat = 10 cm)

special field deploys the jacquard weave model rapier loom own the special field jacquard interface,The patent type beating-up attracts latitude organization. The weft density adapting to height is woven.

MAX.SPEED  :  600 RPM

Control system :  comtrolled with PLC and touch panel display

Wrap let-off    :  electronic let-off motion with tensioning device.

Take up       :  electronic take up

Weft density   :  electronic density adjustment from 6 to 200 picks/cm

Weft selector  :  new electronic controlled by jacquard 8 colours (option up to 16 colours )

Weft finding   :  automatic weft fingding system with variable program ,no need use solw-motion cluth and slow-motion motor (no reverse device ).

Warp beam   :  diameter of 800 mm

Cloth take up  :  diameter of 450 mm (max)
