Brief Characteristic:
Manual loading of pre-cut A4 Size paper (70 or 80gsm) only onto the conveyor in which will auto feed into the wrapping compartment on paper.
Instantaneously finish multi-action: Automatic feeding paper(film), falling paper(film), rectifying a deviation, cutting paper(film), gluing and wrapping and so on during the process of package.
Production Capacity: 250-390 M/ton Monthly (8 hours daily)
Performance and structure features:
Main structure is driven by a series of cams and connecting rods and working accessories to finish the packaging. High stability, low noise.
Applying frequency conversion with multi-function digital non-ploy speed, adopting siemens PLC program controlled. Touch screen realizing human-machine interface.
For single paper package, adopting feeding device system so as to input paper accurately.
If package material is PE laminated paper, machine is connecting gluer and the spray adjustable. If package material is printed film photocell sensor will be provided so as to reduce the packing cost and also improve cutting accuracy of color film, wrapping effect and sealing performance.
